CD reissue of what was once the first non-NZ based artifactto be released on the Flying Nun label back in the early 80s. '70 minutes of a a Manchester band playing 16 of thei numbers to about 600 New Zealanders in a half empty Aukland music and booze barn on the twentyfirst of August in 1982, recorded mostly on open reel four track plus a little bit on stereo cassette deck.' Featuring the classic core quartet of Smith, Hanley, Scanlon and Riley. 1999 release. Standard jewel case.This Live Recording from Cambridge in March 1988, is the Only Live CD of this under Represented Line Up. Includes Sleeve Notes by Al Spicer of Rough Guide to Rock.
