Re-issue on 14th floor recordings. Nerina Pallot is a phenomenon. Her Classical music training belies her background and her influences. Fires kicks off with the song 'Everybody's Gone To War', a hugely successful revival of the protest song with one of the most killer choruses you are likey to hear. Fires was produced by Howard Willing (Smashing Pumpkins) with Wendy Melvoin (Prince and the Revolution, Wendy and Lisa) and Eric Rosse (Tori Amos). Idaho Records. 2006.2006 Reissue of the Talented Singer/Songwriter's 2005 Album. She was Born in London to a Half-french Father and Indian-born Mother. Pallot Spent Part of her Childhood in India Before Eventually Settling in New Jersey. She is a Classically Trained Pianist and Plays a Number of Instruments. "Fires" was Produced by Howard Willing (Smashing Pumpkins), Wendy Melvoin (Prince and the Revolution, Wendy and Lisa) and Eric Rosse (Tori Amos).
