Review

Kacey's natural instinct for country music, her passion for the blues, along with her usual serving of humor are evident in this collection. Jones, who previously recorded for MCA Records and Curb Records, can be heard weekly on the ABC Radio Network as part of the Charlie & Darcy Morning Show. "Kacey's Kitchen" is syndicated nationally on two hundred stations to over two million listeners. "Never Wear Panties to a Party" was inspired by the best-selling book, "The Sweet Potato Queens Book of Love" (Random House) written by Kacey's friend and mentor, Jill Connor Browne. 800,000 books sold have spawned 1,500 chapters of Sweet Potato Queens, with over 7,000 members worldwide. Kacey Jones is the official songwriter and "Royal Minstrel" for the organization.
