John's independently produced new release Sanctuary is musically ambitious, intense, hard-edged acoustic rock; Vertical Horizon meets Train meets Led Zeppelin. The lyrics are searching, encouraging and uplifting; originating from John's deep sense of intimacy and love of Christ; something he communicates in a very compelling and relatable way. His songs sneak up on you and gently capture your heart. John's material says Ken Anderson of WBVN Radio, has an economy of words and depth of 'spirit' that has few peers.
