Joe Cuba's 'x-rated' album, with the track 'Pud-da-din' ('My baby loves me when I pud-da-din...' -- sing it out loud and it will make sense). Loads of great jazzy playing, including the massive two part 'Joe Cuba's Madness', a real jam session. One of Joe's slammin' post-boogaloo albums -- with great production, a very soulful vibe, and a good hard sound throughout! The set's as groundbreaking as Joe's work ever was, with a strong mix of Latin jazz styles, touched by some uptown soul and all the tight small-combo grooving that Joe could always provide.
