Very quiet, very melodic improvisations on classic movie themes. These are melodies that we have known, sung, and hummed for many years and Jim Gibson's quiet approach brings new appreciation to them. In some songs there is a blending of classical themes with the melody, in others a song may be played at an unexpected tempo. Great music for dinner, for driving, and for keeping great songs from some of our greatest composers in your life.

Hickory Cove Music's slogan for all Jim's music is, "Peaceful Music for Stressful Times." That's a start, but it doesn't fully explain the appeal of his music. These well-known songs and quiet playing with lots of attention to the melody will bring you hours of enjoyment.
