Review

'Some Kind of Comfort' was recorded live to two inch tape over the course of a long weekend by Nash and his bandmates, Matt DelVecchio and Chris Lovejoy. Throughout the weekend there were suprise drop-ins from several friends in the LA music community, which turned in many inspired performances including those from Gabriel Mann, Joe Purdy, Chris Pierce and Adrianne. On this record, rock, folk and Americana come together in songs that are supported by old guitars, raw drums, bass and harmonies and wrapped up in analog warmth.
