Review
These ten songs present slices of life, in a cross between hard rock and punk. The music has classic hard rock overtones (Kiss, Alice Cooper, early AC/DC); the lyrics are harder to define, dealing with topics of anger, frustration, abandonment, injustice, and addictions to both lifestyle (sex) and substance (alcohol). Though not autobiographical, these soundscapes are painted by individuals who clearly have experience with the emotions involved in living through the latter 1990s. The disc was recorded with no musical overdubs.
