Review

This exhilarating, teenaged Scottish trio steamroll through 18 postpunk blasts that will leave all but the terminally bored with ear-splitting grins. Keep the Undertones and Madness in mind as you romp through zip-gun rides like "Tell It to the Kids," "Poster Parent" and "Dinosaur Germs." Between songs they drop such bonus shards of wisdom as "If you buy a guitar over 40 pounds, you're mad." --Jeff Bateman
