"Demons & Angels" mixes many musical influences and styles and could best be described as alternative folk/rock. With a great backup band including drummer Janelle Burdell (D'Cuckoo), bassist Bobby Vega (Zero), singer/violist Freyda Epstein (Trapezoid), Shelley Phillips on Irish Harp and Whistle, June Millington (Fanny) on electric guitar, bazouki and mandolin, Steve Hesh on dobro, and host of other guests on banjo, fiddle, and vocals this album rocks out and also takes the listener to the quiet corners of the soul.
